Just to let you all know, the Tuesday class at Roefield is no longer running. However, there are still two fantastic all ablities classes running at Bashall Eaves every Wednesday and Thursday- whatever your experience of Yoga, from absolute beginner to seasoned yogi, come along and get Flexi!
